TUDA is a nonprofit web-based electronic journal of poetry, literature and art, which purpose is to promote poets, writers, artists and their work. TUDA always publishes a piece of ilustration along with the text. TUDA always mention copyright information when it's available. TUDA doesn't pay for the published work. If your work was published or mentioned in TUDA without your knowledge and you don't want it, please don't prosecute us. Just let us know that you don't agree with that and we will be glad to remove it from the website, and if it's your wish, we'll never use any of your work again.
The contents of materials are the sole responsibility of the authors and publication shall not imply the concurrence of the Editors or Publisher.
